Job summary

RDO Equipment Co. is seeking an Account Manager (Positioning & UAV) to help customers transform their work using positioning, machine control, and UAV technologies.

You will build partnerships with contractors, surveyors, and construction professionals to improve productivity through cutting-edge solutions. In this role you will demonstrate products, coordinate field trials, and train customers while collaborating with leading manufacturers.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or training is preferred.
• Knowledge of GNSS, UAV, machine control, or surveying tech is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and internal teams.
• Strong customer-service mindset focused on relationships.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and emerging technologies.
• Must have valid work authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships with contractors, surveyors, and construction professionals.
• Drive positioning and UAV sales growth across the assigned territory.
• Serve as a technology resource on positioning, UAV, and construction tech trends.
• Coordinate demonstrations, field trials, and customer training at job sites.
• Partner with manufacturers like TOPCON, Wingtra, and Inspired Flight.
