Job summary

RDO Equipment Co. in Irving, TX is seeking an Account Manager for Positioning & UAV to build strong relationships with contractors, surveyors, and construction professionals while expanding sales of GNSS, machine control, and UAV technology solutions.

You will conduct product demonstrations, coordinate field trials, and partner with TOPCON, Wingtra, and Inspired Flight to deliver innovative workflow improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience building long-term partnerships with contractors and surveying professionals.
• Knowledge of GNSS, UAV, machine control, or construction tech is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; approach to tech adoption.

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships with contractors, surveyors, and construction pros to identify tech opportunities.
• Drive positioning and UAV sales for GNSS, machine control and related tech in the territory.
• Demonstrate solutions and coordinate field trials and customer trainings at job sites.
• Partner with manufacturers and service teams to deliver value and growth.
• Communicate effectively with customers, manufacturers, and internal teams.
