Job summary

Archimedes in Topeka is seeking an Sr. Account Manager to cultivate strong client relationships and drive effective solutions for pharmacy benefits programs.

You will coordinate with clients to define project scope, timelines, and operational support including member communications, while participating in QA for product development and staying aligned with compliance and learning initiatives. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and at least two years in the pharmacy benefits space,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• At least 2 years in pharmacy benefits industry managing client relationships.
• Strong MS Office proficiency and demonstrated client work.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive client relationships.
• Develop effective solutions to customer problems.
• Support call center in resolving member escalations and communication back to the client.
• Work with clients to identify scope and timelines for client projects.
• Own operational support for client needs including member letters.
• Participate in requirement gathering and QA for product development activities related to client needs.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance, people and culture, and learning programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
