Job summary

ePac Flexible Packaging is seeking an Account Manager to drive retention and profitable growth within a portfolio of accounts. You will act as the primary commercial owner of the relationship, managing the customer after their first year of sales with ePac.

Your goal is to prevent churn and identify opportunities for growth, representing the customer within ePac. Successful Account Managers will be eligible to interview for the role of Senior Account Manager after achieving defined sales

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in account management or customer success.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing a large portfolio of accounts.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, customer-centric mindset; CRM experience required.

Responsibilities

• Establish regular proactive communication with accounts and align with KPIs.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and increased product adoption.
• Handle inquiries and service escalations; liaise with internal teams.
• Educate customers on new features and best practices; prepare sales info.
• Maintain CRM records; understand budgets and purchasing criteria.
• Manage relationships across departments to fulfill orders and contracts.
