Job summary

Clear Touch Interactive, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager for the Pacific Northwest region (WA, OR, MT, ID, AK) to drive sales of interactive panels and digital signage.

This fully remote role focuses on developing key accounts, managing relationships, and meeting revenue targets across WA, OR, MT, ID, and AK. You will attend trade shows and demonstrations, support reseller partners, and collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for education, business, and organizations in the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years in channel management, account management, sales management or similar.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets; strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Clear Touch’s products and solutions.
• Identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities within assigned territory.
• Participate in and improve upon in-house brand promotions.
• Lead and manage existing accounts to ensure continued satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize success.
• Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas for improvement to meet sales quotas.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and executives.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions according to customer needs.
• Communicate progress of initiatives to stakeholders.
• Forecast and track key account metrics and budgets.
• Prepare reports on account status.
• Collaborate with the sales team to grow opportunities.
• Assist with challenging client requests or escalations.
