Scientific Search has partnered with a global medical device company to recruit a Key Account Manager for the Pacific Northwest. This remote-friendly role requires residency in Northern California, Oregon, or Washington and focuses on driving sales, developing strategic account plans, and expanding therapy adoption.

The successful candidate will have healthcare or pharmaceutical sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to support account growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pre-Pharmacy or related field is required.
• 3+ years healthcare/pharmaceutical sales management experience is required.
• Advanced strategic thinking, sales, and communication skills are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel is required.
• Ability to work effectively as a self-starter and team member is required.
• Hemodialysis and/or apheresis experience is preferred.
• Experience with medical equipment and/or test equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and exceed revenue targets within the assigned territory.
• Own and manage the territory with autonomy, prioritizing accounts and resources.
• Generate new business through account penetration and site activation.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for key accounts and relationships.
• Provide clinical education and support therapy adoption with healthcare providers.
