Job summary

Clear Touch Interactive, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to develop and manage client relationships across the Mid-Atlantic region (WV, VA, MD, DE, DC).

The role is fully remote and focuses on driving sales of Clear Touch interactive products to schools and businesses, with collaboration across internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. The candidate will prospect, demonstrate products, support reseller partners, and strive for revenue growth while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years in account management or related sales roles.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
• Valid state driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• SLED (State, Local, and Education) sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Clear Touch’s products and solutions.
• Identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Lead and manage existing accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize success.
• Forecast and track key account metrics and manage monthly quotas.
