ServiceMaster Restore in Eugene, OR seeks an Account Manager to develop relationships with insurance agents, property managers, and other referral partners. The role emphasizes meeting people, networking, and creating new business opportunities through outside sales and account management.

You will be responsible for educating partners on restoration services, coordinating events, and maintaining strong follow-up to grow referrals and revenue. A dynamic, self-motivated professional will thrive.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with prospecting and outside sales.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage a territory independently.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements.
• Comfortable using CRM and mobile technology.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with insurance agents and property managers.
• Prospect for new accounts and referral partners.
• Conduct regular in-person sales calls and account visits.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and existing accounts.
• Educate partners about water, fire, mold, and restoration services.
• Coordinate presentations, lunch-and-learns, CE classes, and events.
• Attend networking and community events.
• Respond quickly when referral partners need assistance.
• Work with operations to ensure referred customers receive excellent service.
• Track sales activity, referrals, opportunities, and results.
• Meet established sales activity, referral, and revenue goals.
