Job summary

The ServiceMaster Company, LLC is seeking an outgoing Account Manager to develop relationships with insurance agents, property managers, and other referral partners. This outside sales role focuses on growing the business by networking, generating opportunities, and driving revenue.

You will be responsible for presenting our restoration services, educating partners, and maintaining strong follow-up with all accounts while meeting sales targets and coordinating events.

Qualifications

• Restoration experience is not required; focus on relationship building and opportunity creation.
• Experience in outside sales, account management, insurance, property management, real estate, home services, or business development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with insurance agents and property managers.
• Prospect for new accounts and referral partners.
• Conduct regular in-person sales calls and account visits.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and existing accounts.
• Educate partners about our water, fire, mold, and restoration services.
• Coordinate presentations, CE classes, and events.
• Attend networking and community events.
• Respond quickly when referral partners need assistance.
• Work with operations to ensure referred customers receive excellent service.
• Track sales activity, referrals, opportunities, and results.
• Meet established sales activity, referral, and revenue goals.
