Job summary

Myriad360 is seeking a highly organized, customer-centric Account Manager to support sales operations, onboard clients, manage accounts, prepare quotes, and coordinate accurate, on-time order fulfillment in the United States.

In this role you will partner with Account Executives, clients, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service, build long-term client relationships, drive operational excellence, and ensure smooth contract and order processing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management or sales support.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to key accounts and executives.
• Support onboarding of new clients and growth initiatives with Sales.
• Generate timely, accurate quotes and ensure smooth order placement.
• Oversee contract negotiations and account management.
