ColonialWebb Contractors Company in Chantilly, VA is seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager with a mechanical engineering background or skilled trades experience. You will develop a pipeline, manage accounts, and support service projects across HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

The role requires strong MS Office and CRM skills, effective communication, and a commitment to continuous learning in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Mechanical background or degree with knowledge of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Self generate a pipeline, prospect new commercial accounts and build territory while maintaining contract account base
• Support sales and operations for Service Project and Service Agreement opportunities
• Perform estimating activities for commercial mechanical service projects (i.e., equipment replacements, retrofits, installations)
• Develop trusting relationships with customers and grow those relationships
• Identify customer objectives and how our services may fit their needs
• Analyze and make recommendations on modifying and repositioning agreements on renewal processes
