Job summary

Raymond West is seeking an Account Manager to join our Sales team. You will serve as the link between customers and our company, managing a defined territory and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, organization, and the ability to multi-task, with local travel a daily expectation. Our team focuses on end-to-end warehouse solutions, offering lift trucks, racking, conveyor, dock and door services, rentals, parts and service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Aptitude for analyzing and solving problems.
• Willing to travel locally.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer profiles in the territory.
• Sell products and services within company policies.

• Maintain a database for each account and equipment master.
• Meet sales volume and gross profit targets year over year.
