Job summary

Winter Services seeks an experienced Account Manager to oversee snow removal and landscaping projects, maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring service excellence. You will transition accounts from the General Manager, manage renewals, and drive growth across landscapes and seasonal services.

The role requires strong project management, CRM proficiency (Salesforce), and a proactive sales mindset to expand offerings and improve client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of landscaping/lawn services, including design, maintenance, irrigation, and horticulture.
• Proven track record managing customer accounts and delivering projects.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Superior interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and teams.
• Familiarity with landscaping software (Aspire, Salesforce, Netsuite) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Transition and onboard new customers with General Manager.
• Serve as primary contact for existing and newly assigned accounts.
• Manage renewals and coordinate snow removal and landscaping projects.
• Identify solutions to expand services with landscape and snow removal customers.
• Prepare enhancement proposals and present to customers to meet sales goals.
• Record enhancement proposals in Salesforce and maintain an active pipeline.
