Qualifications

• 2+ years in landscape maintenance, construction, or snow ops.
• Knowledge of horticulture, irrigation, enhancement installation, and snow removal.
• Supervisory or crew leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret site plans, snow maps, work orders, and client specs.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee landscape enhancement projects from planning to execution.
• Coordinate maintenance crews and manage schedules and budgets.
• Assist snow removal operations during winter with routing and safety.
• Maintain records of labor hours, materials, and weather-related data.
• Ensure safety protocols and quality standards across operations.
