Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients, build lasting relationships, and oversee field operations. The role emphasizes pursuing ancillary services, accurate estimating, timely bid proposals, and ensuring client satisfaction across site visits and renewals.

Qualifications

• Degree in business-related field or equivalent customer-focused experience.
• 3+ years of experience in customer service, management, and leadership, preferably landscaping or local market.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to foster collaboration and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue opportunities to sell ancillary services to existing clients within the portfolio.
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients as needed.
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and oversee field operations.
• Conduct regular site walkthroughs to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
• Lead resolution of client concerns and ensure timely renewals within portfolio.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to meet or exceed service delivery expectations.
• Assist Branch Manager in leadership and meetings; maintain CRM documentation and accounts.
