Job summary
Abbott is seeking a highly motivated Key Account Manager to oversee and grow diagnostics presence in AZ and NM. You will be at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge diagnostic solutions to hospitals, urgent care, clinics, and physician offices, building trusted advisor relationships and driving revenue growth.
The role requires strong sales background in clinical diagnostics, deep understanding of hospital networks, and willingness to travel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 4+ years medical sales experience in diagnostics.
- Strong understanding of hospital networks and health economics.
- Willingness to travel up to 35% (4 days/week).
Responsibilities
- Build relationships and deliver strategic guidance to drive loyalty and growth.
- Develop and execute account strategies to protect and grow existing business.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing, and bids.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Technical Service, Contracting, Pricing, and Distribution teams.
- Manage pipeline with CRM and analytics tools to forecast growth.
