Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by building strong relationships and delivering strategic guidance.
• Develop and execute account strategies to protect and grow existing business and achieve revenue goals.
• Conduct regular business reviews, identify opportunities/risks, and resolve customer challenges.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to deliver a seamless experience.
• Manage the sales pipeline using CRM and analytics tools to forecast growth opportunities.
• Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, proposals, bids, and implementations.
• Support and develop distributor partners through training and market intelligence.
