Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–8 years in the industry with direct experience managing customer accounts.
• Intermediate knowledge of applicable equipment and industry terminology.
• Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills; excellent communication.
• Invoicing experience preferable.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the key liaison for specific accounts and manages assigned clients based on complexity and/or skill level.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with the assigned customers and Toshiba sales team.
• Quote and handle moderate complexity orders and configured projects.
• Coordinates activities of marketing, engineering, manufacturing, and service groups as it pertains to the orders.
• Travel 5% to 10% as required.
