Advanced Automation Technology in Michigan is seeking two Account Managers to build strategic relationships with leading automotive and industrial manufacturers, focusing on engineered automation solutions.

You will collaborate with engineering and operations teams to identify opportunities, develop account strategies, and drive growth across regional markets. Offering a $120K–$130K base salary plus bonus, with no commission-based compensation, and travel as required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical sales or account management experience.
• Background in industrial automation, robotics, automotive manufacturing, or engineered industrial products.
• Proven success developing customer relationships and expanding business.
• Ability to work with technical and commercial decision-makers.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively, primarily within the region, with some international travel.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow relationships with automotive and industrial manufacturing customers.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and targeted markets.
• Work with customer engineering and manufacturing teams to understand requirements and propose solutions.
• Develop account strategies, sales forecasts, quotations, and proposals.
• Coordinate with internal engineering, operations, quality, and customer service teams.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability while building long-term partnerships.
