Job summary

BOSS Crane in Texas seeks a Sales Account Manager to develop new business relationships and maintain existing ones to grow the company. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, sizing cranes for projects, and coordinating with operations.

The role requires excellent communication, a proven sales history, and comfort with crane equipment knowledge. This full-time position includes collaboration with safety, operations, and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• High School or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong proven sales history with demonstrated success.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new opportunities for BOSS Crane through sales calls on new and existing customers.
• Properly scope and size cranes on various projects to determine crane sizes needed.
• Draw up lift and rigging diagrams for various jobs and projects to be given to operations so that they can properly execute said jobs and projects.
• Assist in the billing process to ensure that we are capitalizing on every opportunity prior to submitting invoices to customers.
• Work with the safety team to make sure we have the necessary training, equipment, documentation and credentials required by our customers.
• Maintain and continue to grow relationships with our customers.
• Assist in the marketing portion of BOSS Crane through literature, website and promotional projects.
• Be comfortable entering relevant job information in our software system we use to plan and perform jobs for customers.
