Job summary

You will oversee a portfolio of customers, pursue new opportunities, read sales reports, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service, timely quotes, and accurate documentation while meeting ambitious targets.

Qualifications

• Understanding of heavy equipment repair and maintenance.
• Excellent phone and communication skills.
• General knowledge of crane service business.
• Experience in industrial sales.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of assigned customers and develop new business from existing clients.
• Meet ambitious individual and team-wide sales quotas.
• Read sales reports and maintain strong computer and math skills.
• Increase profitable sales revenue in the assigned territory through calls, emails, and marketing methods.
• Offer a full inventory of equipment repair and services to customers.
• Liaise with cross-functional internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and accurate paperwork.
• Maintain consistent follow-up and communication with customers at offices or jobsites.
• Utilize CRM and understand consumer behavior to strengthen account management.
