Job summary

Spero Studio in the United States is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to support multiple client accounts, manage scopes of work, and ensure successful execution of communications and marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate has a strong agency background with exceptional client management and communication skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to deliver high-quality work and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in public relations, marketing, or a similar agency role.
• Exceptional client management and written/verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with PR strategies, earned media, email marketing, and graphic design principles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction across multiple accounts.
• Develop and implement PR and marketing plans aligned with client goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, client meetings, and regular progress reports.
• Draft press materials and oversee email marketing campaigns.
• Monitor media coverage and provide strategic insights to clients.
