Jobgether, in partnership with a marketing agency, is seeking an Account Manager (Digital Marketing) based in the United States. You will manage a diverse client portfolio, guiding strategies across SEO, content, and paid media, and work with cross-functional teams to drive measurable results.

This fully remote role emphasizes proactive relationship management, renewals, and identifying opportunities to expand services, all while leveraging AI-powered marketing approaches in a fast-paced agency

Qualifications

• Two years of account management or client services in a marketing agency.
• Ability to discuss SEO and content strategies with specialists.
• Strong skills in interpreting marketing performance data and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for ~25 clients, understanding their business and marketing priorities.
• Collaborate with SEO, content, and paid media teams to build integrated strategies.
• Lead monthly check-ins and quarterly reviews presenting results and ROI to stakeholders.
• Proactively manage renewals and expand services through upselling where appropriate.
• Identify potential risks and escalate to leadership when needed.
• Coordinate onboarding and delivery across SEO, content, web development and paid campaigns.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and ensuring on-scope delivery across accounts.
• Keep client records up to date in HubSpot and related systems.
• Produce performance reporting for varied audiences, from monthly updates to board dashboards.
• Translate data into actionable insights and client training to improve campaign outcomes.
• Develop resources to help clients use tools and drive self-sufficiency.
• Integrate AI-driven approaches like GEO and AI-assisted content in strategies.
