Job summary

THE RECRUITMENT ORCHARD seeks a Senior Account Manager to lead strategic client relationships for a global FMCG client based in Austin, Minnesota. You will oversee end-to-end programs, manage budgets, and drive growth in print and POS initiatives.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality marketing solutions, mentor team members, and work a hybrid 3 days on-site, 2 days remote schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of account management experience in print, promotional products, marketing agency, or procurement outsourcing environments.
• Experience supporting CPG, retail, or consumer brand clients.
• Strong knowledge of print production and POS procurement.
• Proven success growing client relationships and exceeding revenue goals.
• Experience leading projects and managing multiple suppliers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow key client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand business.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, building long-term relationships.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and strategic planning sessions.
• Manage multiple print and POS projects from brief through production and delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomes.
• Partner with creative, procurement, production, and supply chain teams to deliver seamless execution.
• Translate client objectives into clear project briefs and ensure alignment with brand standards.
• Monitor project performance, financial results, and service levels; provide insights for improvement.
• Champion innovation, sustainability initiatives, and operational efficiencies across programs.
• Mentor at least one team member and provide leadership and support.
• Work onsite at the client's offices 3 days a week with 2 days working from home.
