Job summary

The 20 LLC seeks an Account Manager to own client relationships across Southeast Wisconsin and Eastern Illinois, including Kenosha, Racine, Milwaukee, and Danville, IL. Travel to client sites quarterly is required.

You will lead onboarding, drive adoption, coordinate with sales, training, onboarding, and technical teams, and report on progress with executives while aiming to meet quotas and keep clients satisfied with our products and services.

Qualifications

Proven work experience as an Account Manager or similar role.
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with CRM software and managing national client portfolios.

Responsibilities

Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships.
Drive client retention through effective relationship management and service excellence.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions per customer needs.
