The role emphasizes disciplined execution of account plans, cross-functional coordination, and data-informed support to drive client satisfaction and growth.

• Previous experience in account management, project management, or related field.
• Aptitude for analyzing account performance data and translating into actionable recommendations.
• Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office; able to work independently under guidance.

Responsabilités

• Develop and prioritize account activity within assigned portfolio.
• Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships through proactive outreach and high service levels.
• Own day-to-day relationships and respond promptly to inquiries and needs.
• Create and maintain account plans highlighting goals, growth opportunities, and risks.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and coordinate with Account Executives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Support accurate sales forecasts with data-driven insights.
• Manage end-to-end order processing and maintain PO alignment.
• Monitor performance and report findings to stakeholders.
• Develop knowledge of pricing strategy and PO requirements.
• Represent the company at meetings, trade shows, and events.
• Lead Customer Experience team on routine fulfillment tasks.
