Job summary

Brenntag North America, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to drive sales in the Indianapolis area. You will manage the full sales cycle, build long-term customer relationships, and identify cross- and up-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.

You will conduct regular customer visits, set growth targets, and coordinate with Product Management for pricing and proposals. A consultative, results-focused approach is essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling for a distribution or chemicals business is preferred.
• Ability to set growth plans and meet sales objectives.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales objectives and focus on customer retention.
• Identify opportunities for cross- and up-selling within existing customers.
• Conduct regular customer visits and prepare meetings with stakeholders.
• Set strategies and targets for growth in territory and align with Sales Manager.
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular forecasts.
