Job summary

Nextpower seeks an Account Manager to lead multi-stakeholder solar projects from concept to implementation, based in Fremont, CA with remote approvals. You will coordinate internal teams, keep customers updated on Nextpower’s portfolio, and deliver competitive proposals.

The role requires 10+ years in complex B2B sales, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, Salesforce experience, and a proven ability to close deals while maintaining CRM data integrity.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a business or technical field.
• 10+ years of technical / complex B2B sales experience.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint; Salesforce CRM experience.
• Ability to travel up to ~25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day interactions with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collect and analyze project data to create comprehensive product proposals.
• Identify and target key decision makers.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional departments to craft winning bid strategies.
• Drive contract negotiations with a cross-functional team.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM data hygiene.
