Nextpower is seeking a Senior Sales Analyst to join our Global Sales Team in Fremont, CA. You will drive complex, multi‑million dollar opportunities from Customer RFP to contract execution, coordinating with Project Engineering, Logistics, Operations and Finance to ensure on‑time delivery, strong margins and exceptional customer outcomes.

You will lead bid strategy meetings, generate quotations and comprehensive proposals, support Account Managers and Sales Directors, and mentor junior analysts.

Formación

• 5+ years of B2B Sales Support experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience utilizing CRM (Salesforce preferred) and ERP (Netsuite preferred) systems.
• Proven analytical background.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to travel to meet customers ~10% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and close incoming US leads as part of the Sales Analyst team.
• Run bid strategy meetings for projects before quotes are released to customers.
• Manage complex multi-$M opportunities through the NX Sale Process from RFP to contract handoff.
• Coordinate sales proposals with key stakeholders.
• Track sales activities in NetSuite ERP and Salesforce CRM.
• Create and maintain sales models to ensure positive contribution margins.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Product Management to input on new products.
• Support the Director of Sales Operations and Manager of Sales Analysis.
