Qualifications

• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated presentation skills including preparation and execution.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement new client launches with carrier involvement, communications campaign and timeline adherence.
• Routine service development and execution, coordination with clients and carriers.
• Meets with clients alone or with Account Executive or Unit Leader per schedule.
• Conducts all marketing efforts as assigned by unit.
• Reviews agreements and carrier documents.
• Explain new benefit offerings and communication strategies to existing clients.
• Develops prospective client proposals.
