Job summary

CoVet is hiring a Customer Success Representative to onboard clients, drive adoption, and maximize value of our veterinary solutions. You will partner with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Product to address needs and expand engagements.

In this remote role across the United States, you will monitor customer health, deliver trainings, and act as a trusted advisor who champions customer outcomes and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role.
• Experience in veterinary or pet industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers and ensure a smooth handoff from sales to implementation.
• Deliver product trainings and demos so customers use solutions effectively.
• Monitor customer health and satisfaction with regular check-ins.
• Identify at-risk customers and act to address concerns and mitigate risks.
• Guide adoption of new features and optimize usage for better outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and communicate them to the team.
• Promote awareness of additional features or services that add value.
• Represent the voice of the customer within the organisation.
