Responsibilities

• Act as the customer advocate and primary owner of the customer experience for all customer account matters.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
• Drive internal follow-up and accountability across Sales, Project Management, Purchasing, Quality, Manufacturing, and Logistics to resolve customer-impacting issues.
• Monitor order status throughout the manufacturing cycle and update customers with outbound shipping details and tracking numbers.
• Process high volumes of orders from inception to delivery, maintaining 100% on-time delivery for assigned accounts.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and escalated customer issues in line with company policies.
• Lead backlog and operations reviews, fostering communication among sales, manufacturing, and logistics teams.
• Maintain customer records, master profiles, tariff agreements, inventory data, and SharePoint documentation.
• Forecast customer demand and analyze patterns to align supply chain availability.
• Generate and maintain reports on service metrics, inventory positions, tariff billing and open orders.
