Job summary

Catapult Global LLC in Henderson, NV seeks an Account Manager to build long-term customer partnerships and own the end-to-end order lifecycle. You will coordinate with Sales, Project Management, Purchasing, Quality, Manufacturing, and Logistics to ensure 100% on-time delivery and exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in contract manufacturing or planning, experience with NetSuite or SAP, and strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering client-focused solutions.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• 1-2 years’ experience of contract manufacturing and/or planning.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP or SAP.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact and owner of the customer experience for all account matters.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and clients.
• Drive internal follow-up across Sales, Project Management, Purchasing, Quality, Manufacturing, and Logistics to resolve issues.
• Monitor order status and provide shipping details and tracking numbers; process high volumes of orders.
• Handle returns, exchanges and escalated issues per policy.
• Lead backlog and operations reviews across teams.
• Maintain customer records, tariff agreements, inventory data, and SharePoint docs.
• Forecast demand and analyze patterns to align supply chain.
• Generate and maintain service metrics and open orders reports.
