Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking an Account Manager to oversee one Tier 1 or 2 account, drive financial and guest/patient satisfaction metrics, and ensure client objectives are met at the Leesburg location.

You will manage scheduling, payroll, timekeeping, and reporting; lead a team, train and coach staff, and build strong client relationships while upholding Towne Park standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing one or more client accounts.
• Strong understanding of financial and performance metrics.
• Ability to forecast, plan and manage staffing.
• Excellent communication across levels.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Oversees account performance and client satisfaction objectives.
• Manages scheduling, overtime, timekeeping, and payroll reporting.
• Leads recruitment, training, and performance coaching for staff.
• Maintains relationships with client staff and ensures visibility on site.
• Uses Towne Park systems to control assets and expenditures.
• Adheres to safety procedures and loss prevention practices.
