Job summary

Towne Park is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a Tier 1 or 2 Towne Park account, driving financial performance, guest/patient satisfaction, and client relations. The role requires coordinating incentives, forecasting, workforce scheduling, and adherence to Towne Park standards across operations.

You will lead human resources activities, supervise staff, and collaborate with sales and management to optimize service delivery, ensure compliance, and grow client loyalty while maintaining high

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred and a minimum of two years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of general business practices including accounting, human resources and customer service.
• Must be able to drive a manual transmission with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial performance and profitability of the account, including forecasting and reporting.
• Recruitment, onboarding and coaching to ensure top talent at the location.
• Ensure guest/patient service experiences meet client standards across shifts.
• Maintain cohesive client relations and regular communications with the client staff.
• Train and supervise staff on Towne Park systems and standards, protecting confidentiality.
• Uphold safety, risk management, and compliance across operations.
• Identify growth opportunities and support sales with client relationships.
