Job summary

Custom Interface is seeking an Account Manager to act as the liaison between the company and its customers, maintaining relationships through phone, email, and in-person communication. The role involves generating quotes, coordinating with production and engineering on labor estimates, and ensuring contracts meet QMS requirements.

• Strong understanding of financial, quoting and forecasting principles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive relationship with clients through phone, email and in person communication.
• Generate and deliver quotes and proposals by reviewing client drawings and estimating labor requirements.
• Negotiate and accept contracts in line with QMS documentation.
• Communicate client requirements and status updates internally.
• Coordinate scheduling of purchasing and production activities.
• Identify and create sales opportunities with existing clients.
