Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred with 2+ years of related experience.
• Knowledge of general business practices including accounting, HR and customer service.
• Must be able to drive a manual transmission and hold a valid license.

Responsibilities

• Understand and drive business metrics and performance measurements.
• Manage scheduling, overtime, tip reporting, and timekeeping.
• Recruit and hire processes to ensure the best people for the location.
• Ensure guest/patient service experience is delivered consistently.
