Paylocity, a leading cloud-based HR and payroll provider, seeks an experienced client services professional in Schaumburg, IL. You will manage a portfolio of high-revenue clients, solving problems and guiding them through Paylocity products to maximize value.

Role requires 3+ years in payroll/HR support, strong communication, problem-solving, and willingness to travel up to 25%. Hybrid schedule with in-office and remote work. Excellent benefits await with growth opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or applicable client services/industry experience
• Experience in a payroll service bureau, benefits center, or as a payroll/HR/benefits administrator
• Travel up to 25% across the US and prior experience in a help desk environment is desirable

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional, ethical, knowledgeable, and reliable service to clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with an assigned portfolio of high revenue, complex clients by meeting and exceeding expectations.
• Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to research and walk clients through our products to solve their requests.
• Conduct proactive meetings to identify business needs and maintain client satisfaction within the portfolio.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of Paylocity products and partnerships to maximize client benefit.
• Monitor and facilitate resolution of ITS tickets and participate in client conference calls as needed.
• Assist with special projects and work overtime as necessary, especially year-end.
• Other duties as assigned.
