Paylocity, an award-winning provider of cloud-based HR and payroll software, is seeking an Account Manager for our Schaumburg, IL office. This 100% in-office role requires a bachelor’s degree, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts while delivering timely payroll/HR solutions.

You will resolve client payroll/HR system challenges, maintain relationships, and meet performance metrics through calls, Zoom meetings, and emails.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong written communication skills for business correspondence.
• Strong team player with attention to detail.
• Self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, time management, communication, and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Issue Resolution: Maintain availability, manage workloads, troubleshoot and resolve client issues, escalate when needed.
