This 100% in-office role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of leadership in customer relations. Expect up to 25% travel and a strong focus on HR/payroll software expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a customer service role
• Experience using reporting and metrics (KPIs)
• Experience leading other leaders preferred
• Experience with payroll, HCM, or HRIS software
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
• Lead and coach a team of Account Managers on client interactions and issue resolution.
• Facilitate continuous learning to expand staff knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Finance, Tax, Sales, Support, Implementation).
• Oversee hiring and onboarding of new team members.
• Monitor workload balance and ensure effective team alignment.
• Travel up to 25% for internal and client-facing meetings.
