Bilfinger is seeking a Senior Sales Manager / Strategic Account Manager to drive strategic accounts and revenue growth from the Raleigh, NC area. You will evaluate and develop key accounts, advance the sales pipeline, and ensure consistent order intake and profitability.

Responsibilities include expanding relationships with customers and planners, leading contract negotiations, crafting offers, and forecasting revenue.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of sales in plant engineering or piping construction
• Established network with key decision-makers in pharma/biopharma, semiconductors, data centers or advanced manufacturing
• Strong hunter sales mentality focused on new business development
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and closing skills

Aufgaben

• Evaluation and development of strategic accounts
• Expansion of a sales pipeline based on market, competition and customer analyses
• Ensuring order intake and revenue generation
• Expansion and maintenance of relationships with customers and planners within the assigned territory
• Coordinate with global Bilfinger Life Science team to bridge global account relationships in the US
• Implementation and development of structured sales and marketing strategies
• Prepare and execute contract negotiations and draft offers/agreements
• Regular reporting and revenue forecasting; maintain CRM data
