Job summary

Bilfinger is seeking a Senior Sales Manager / Strategic Account Manager in Raleigh, NC to drive strategic accounts, expand the US footprint, and lead contract negotiations. You will develop pipelines, manage relationships with pharma, biotech, and data-center customers, and work with Bilfinger's Life Science team globally.

Requirements include a business or engineering degree and 5+ years in plant engineering sales, with strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

Qualifications

• Completed higher education in business or engineering.
• 5+ years relevant experience in sales of plant engineering and piping construction.
• Experience with industries like Pharma/Biopharma, Semiconductors, Data Centers or advanced manufacturing.
• Established network with key decision-makers at EPC firms and end clients.
• Strong hunter sales mentality focused on new business development.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop strategic accounts.
• Develop a sales pipeline based on market, competition, and customers.
• Ensure order intake and revenue generation.
• Expand and maintain relationships with customers and planners in the territory.
• Bridge US footprint with Bilfinger Life Science team globally.
• Implement and develop structured sales and marketing strategies.
• Prepare and execute contracts and offers; maintain CRM data.
• Regular reporting and revenue forecasting.
