Job summary

Elevate, part of the Amrize family, is seeking a Strategic Account Manager for Cold Storage, Commercial Roofing to drive specification and project execution with national and regional accounts.

You will engage architects, engineers, and envelope consultants, champion roofing systems with insulation and vapor control, and collaborate with marketing, product management, and technical services to win key projects in temperature‑controlled facilities.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in commercial roofing, building envelope, or construction materials.
• Proven track record in strategic account management or specification sales.
• Experience with cold storage, refrigerated facilities, or food/pharma logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage national and regional accounts in cold storage.
• Engage early with architects, engineers, and envelope consultants to specify roofing systems.
• Build high-level relationships with owners, developers, and contractors.
• Monitor market trends in cold chain logistics and energy efficiency.
• Drive revenue through specification wins and project conversions.
• Collaborate with marketing, product management, and technical services.
