Job summary

Amrize Building Envelope seeks a Strategic Account Manager for Cold Storage and Commercial Roofing. You will develop and execute multi‑year account plans, target owners and design firms, and drive roofing solutions tailored to high‑humidity, low‑temperature environments.

Responsibilities include specification engagement, relationship management, and market intelligence to support energy efficiency and durability in cold chain facilities. Travel 30–60% as needed.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience in commercial roofing, building envelope or construction materials.
• Proven track record in strategic account management or specification sales.
• Experience with cold storage, refrigerated facilities or food/pharma logistics strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies to drive specification and adoption of roofing solutions in cold storage facilities.
• Engage early with architects, consultants and engineers to drive roofing system specifications.
• Build and maintain high‑level relationships with cold storage owners, developers and design‑build firms.
