Elevate is seeking a Strategic Account Manager for Cold Storage in commercial roofing, focusing on key national and regional accounts, and leading multi-year plans with owners, developers, and design firms.

Role emphasizes early engagement with architects and engineers, technical roofing solutions for vapor control and insulation, and collaboration with internal teams to win specifications and drive revenue across temperature-controlled facilities.

Formación

• 5-10+ years of experience in commercial roofing, building envelope, or construction materials.
• Proven track record in strategic account management or specification sales.
• Experience with cold storage, refrigerated facilities, or food/pharma logistics strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of roofing systems with emphasis on insulation, vapor barriers, and condensation control.
• Technical aptitude with the ability to influence design and specification decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, prioritize, and manage key national and regional cold storage accounts.
• Develop and execute multi-year account plans targeting owners, developers, and design/specification firms.
• Drive roofing system specifications through early engagement with architects, consultants, refrigeration engineers, and envelope specialists.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver tailored solutions for temperature-controlled environments.
• Drive revenue growth through specification wins and project conversions within strategic accounts.
