TSMC in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Corporate Planning Engineer to optimize capacity, wafer costs, and production control for the company’s advanced fabs. The role focuses on data-driven planning, productivity, and operational execution to enable growth on US soil.

The candidate will work on-site at the Phoenix facility, with potential 6–12 months of training in Taiwan to accelerate learning and alignment with headquarters. A fast-paced, collaborative environment is expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field preferred.
• 1 year of experience in semiconductor industrial engineering/manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, results-oriented environment.
• Proactive attitude, good communication, and well-organized presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage capacity expansion to support customer demand and achieve business growth.
• Drive production line productivity improvements by analyzing workflows and arranging necessary resources to optimize performance.
• Support engagement with customers to enable their products manufactured on US soil.
• Plan and control capital investments to ensure financial disciplines and achieve strategic goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Fab layout design with optimized efficiency.
