The role involves coordinating interfaces between contractors, ensuring code compliance, and overseeing safety, quality, and permits. This is a full-time on-site position based in Phoenix, Arizona.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field (Civil/Structural/Architecture/Engineering Management).
• Familiarity with project scheduling software (MS Project) and BIM tools (Revit) is a plus.
• Professional Engineer license is a plus; strong communicator with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• General responsibility of the CM engineer.
• Ensure CSA design compliance with local codes and regulations.
• Own the project schedule and monitoring of resources and construction materials.
• Plan, allocate, and monitor resources and construction materials.
• Coordinate logistics and manage the construction site.
• Coordinate interfaces between construction contractors and teams.
• Manage permits and communications with authorities.
• Handle construction payments and change orders.
• Maintain safety, quality, and security on site.
• Inspect and document construction progress and risks.
