AAA Facility Services in California is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to grow and manage a portfolio of commercial facility maintenance clients. You will lead relationship-building with facility managers, uncover opportunities for expanding services, and collaborate with operations to ensure top-tier service delivery.

The role requires 3–7+ years in B2B sales or account management, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to work independently while driving revenue

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of B2B sales or account management experience.
• Experience in facility maintenance or related service industries preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships with facility managers and customer contacts.
• Serve as primary relationship manager for assigned accounts.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and geographic coverage.
• Conduct customer discovery meetings and regular business reviews.
• Develop strategic account plans focused on revenue growth and retention.
• Manage sales opportunities and CRM pipeline.
• Partner with operations and customer service teams to support service delivery.
• Assist with contract renewals and customer retention initiatives.
• Provide insight into customer needs, market trends, and pricing.
• Support regional and national account growth strategies.
• Participate in customer meetings, industry events, trade shows, and networking.
