Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Customer Development Manager FMS to manage assigned accounts within the BU and educate customers on Ryder services (Full Service Lease, Programmed Maintenance, Lease Financing, Fleet Management, Dedicated Contract Carriage) using the Ryder Sales Process.

You will maintain regular contact with customers, develop growth opportunities, present services, and coordinate with Ryder departments to ensure service delivery and customer satisfaction while building relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Transportation or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of sales and customer relationship management experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and consistent contact with customers to meet requirements and develop a sales penetration plan.
• Present Ryder services and capabilities; develop relationships with all customer buying influences.
• Ensure contracted services are delivered; orchestrate productive relationships and monitor satisfaction.
• Proactively anticipate problems and provide operational performance information; train and improve sales skills.
