Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Rental Account Manager to drive rental sales and marketing within a business unit. The role focuses on growing revenue, profitability, and asset returns through new accounts and retaining existing ones.

You will lead lead generation activities, coordinate with rental operations, and support lease sales initiatives while maintaining data integrity and addressing customer needs in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing or 5 years equivalent job related experience.
• One (1) year or more sales experience or equivalent sales training required.
• Three (3) years or more sales experience preferred.
• One (1) year or more Industry experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop leads through cold calls, telephone solicitation and customer visits; assess needs and develop proposals.
• Retain customers through regular visits, calls and high-quality service; handle complaints and anticipate needs.
• Coordinate proposal and contract development, maintain customer files and ensure data integrity in DPS system.
• Support marketing efforts at the branch level and train sales reps in telemarketing techniques.
